Randy Ludeman is currently the Instructional Facilitator for the three 7-12 high schools in Crook County, Wyoming. He is a trainer for the Breaking Ranks- Strategies for Leading High School Reform initiative at the middle and high school levels and was Wyoming’s High School Principal of the Year in 1995. He has served on the National Board of Directors for Student Councils and has been on the Wyoming High School Activities Association Board of Directors. He is a 20+ year member of the Wyoming Association of Secondary Principals and the Phi Delta Kappa organization. Having been a teacher and principal at all levels for over 35 years has enabled him to develop powerful and useful tools for improving instruction - ideas that work better for students and save time for teachers. He has presented his practical and innovative ideas at statewide conferences and at several individual schools in Wyoming and South Dakota. "As an
Instructional Coach I look forward to every day that I can help a teacher be
better prepared and more effective in the classroom. As teachers, our job is of the highest order,
one that will mold the future of our children and our nation. I couldn't be prouder to be a part of that
journey."
